Comfortable bed. Basics all worked (AC, heat, TV, coffeemaker, good hot water, etc.) The flooring in the room seemed pretty new. Desk staff was nice. Price was very good. I didn't have a chance to use the refrigerator or microwave, but it was nice they were provided.

Front desk staff was great. Was easy process they were pleasant n helpful. There was hiccup with adding on extra night was fixed promptly. I will stay here again. Dennys n gas station/ Convenience iquor store is walking distance. We had a good 4 day stay.

Always professional even remember to have parking within eye view of room. Stayed in my same room as last time. Comfortable bed, very clean room, no riff raff lingering around. Definitely in my top five hotels to stay in Syracuse.

The bathroom was clean, the safety handbars were prevalent and added to my husband feeling safe taking a shower where there a Was also a chair he could sit in if his legs felt weak.
